From paying rent to submitting maintenance requests, these common activities can all be handled conveniently right from the AppFolio app.
Here are some of the top ways VIPs can take advantage of the AppFolio app.
Pay Rent
- VIPs can set up automatic payments to make paying rent effortless.
- Bank accounts, credit cards, and debit cards can all be linked to resident accounts as convenient payment options.
- All current and previous balances, as well as payment history, can be viewed at any time.
Submit Maintenance Requests
- VIPs can submit maintenance requests through the app. The status of the request (complete, pending, etc.) can also be seen.
- This feature makes it easy to submit and manage your requests to ensure you get the fast service you deserve.
Manage Renter’s Insurance
- VIPs can access their current renter’s insurance policy as well as update the policy provider or information as needed.
